The Umzimvubu Local Municipality has published, in terms of section 13 of Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 read with section 162 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, the By-Laws relating to Noise Control.
The By-Laws are applicable on fixed objects, buildings and or mobile instruments including vehicles where there are allegations about noise disturbance.
