The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 146 and Item 3 of Schedule 6 of the NWA, published a notice inviting nominations for the vacant position of chairperson of the Water Tribunal. The closing date for receipt of nominations is Thursday, 22 July 2014.
