The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 9, read with section 100 of the NEMBA, published for public comment, the norms and standards for the translocation of indigenous species in South Africa, as set out in the schedule to this notice.

Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days after the publication of this notice.
