The Northern Cape MEC for the Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of the North West Provincial Legislature Standing Rules, published the intention to introduce the North West Biodiversity Management Amendment Bill, 2017 together with its memorandum in the House.
Members of the public were invited to submit written representation on the proposed Bill within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
