ACT NO. 9 OF 2013: NORTHERN CAPE HERITAGE RESOURCES AUTHORITY ACT (9/2013): FOR GENERAL INFORMATION

The Premier of the Northern Cape Province has assented to the Northern Cape Heritage Resources Authority Act 9 of 2013, which is published in this notice for general information. The Act provides for, among other things, the constitution of a council for the Northern Cape Heritage Resources Authority and for the governance thereof.
