The Provincial Minister of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape has given notice of his intention to declare the Shaw's Pass Nature Reserve in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA on remainder of Farm No. 536, situated in the Theewaterskloof Municipality, Division of Caledon, Western Cape Province.
Members of the public were to submit objections to the proposed declaration within 60 days from the date of publication of this notice.
