NATIONAL WATER ACT (36/1992): PROPOSAL FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PONGOLA-UMZIMKULU CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY IN TERMS OF SECTION 78(3)

The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 78(3) of the National Water Act 36 of 1998, proposed the establishment of the Pongola-Umzimkulu Catchment Management Agency, situated in the Pongola-Mzimkulu water management area.

All interested persons are invited to comment to the Director-General: Department of Water Affairs, within a period of 60 days from publication of this notice (i.e. by 7 January 2014).
