The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 45(2), 52(4)(a), 55(3)(a) and 69(1)(dd) read with section 73 of the NEMWA, given notice of her intention to amend the regulations pertaining to the fee structure for the consideration and processing of applications for waste management licences and the transfer and the renewal thereof, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
