The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 69(1)(y), (t), (aa) and (ee) read with sections 27 and 73 of the NEM:WA, given notice of her intention to make amendments to the National Waste Information Regulations, 2012 as set out in the schedule to the notice. The proposed amendments, inter alia, provide that they will not apply to residue stockpiles or residue deposits.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
