NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT (107/1998): PROPOSED REGULATIONS TO PHASE-OUT THE USE OF PERSISTENT ORGANIC POLLUTANTS

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice, in terms of section 44(1)(aA) read with section 47 of the NEMA, of her intention to make regulations to phase-out the use of Persistent Organic Pollutants.

Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 29 August 2017).
