The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 24(2)(d) and 24(10)(a) read with section 24(10)(d) of NEMA, for the implementation of the Gauteng Provincial Environmental Management Framework Act, adopted the Gauteng Provincial Environmental Management Framework Standard and exclude associated activities from the requirement to obtain environmental authorisation.
This Standard takes effect 60 days from date of publication (i.e. on 2 May 2018).
