The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has, in terms of section 23 of the FFFARSRA, amended the regulations published under GNR 1449 of 1 July 1983, by the substitution of table 1 of such regulations with table 1 as set out in the schedule to this notice pertaining to fees payable in respect of, inter alia, the registration as a pest control operator.
