The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to publish regulations regarding the planning and management of residue stockpiles and residue deposits from a prospecting, mining, exploration or production operation.

Members of the public were invited to submit written comments pertaining to the proposed regulations, which comment period closed on 15 December 2014.
