The Minister of Mineral Resources has in terms of section 98(1)(k) of the MHSA, given notice that chapter 4 of the Regulations relating to “explosives” will be amended and replaced with new regulations as set out in the schedule to the notice. The new regulations will come into effect 3 (three) months after date of publication of the abovementioned notice in the Government Gazette.
