The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment hereby repeals the Regulations relating to the Inspection of Premises in Dust Control Areas made in terms of section 33(1)(b) and Dust Control Areas made in terms of section 27(1) and 27(2) of the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, 1965.
The reason for the repeal is that the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act 1965 has been repealed and the Regulations and Notices have become redundant.
