The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of sections 13, 16(1) and 16(3) of the NWA read with regulation 3 of the Regulations for the Establishment of the Classification System published on 17 September 2010, published the proposed Reserve determination of water resources for catchments of the Mvoti to Umzimkulu as detailed in the schedule to this notice.
The public is invited to submit comments within 60 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 17 April 2018).
