The Acting Director-General of the Department of Water and Sanitation in terms of Section 63, read together with Section 72, of the NWA has placed restrictions on the use of water for domestic, industrial and agricultural purposes in the Mzimvubu-Tsitsikamma (WMA 7) in the Eastern Cape Province due to protracted drought conditions.
