The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform has called for comments on the draft regulations made in terms of section 54(1) read with section 54(2)(b) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act 16 of 2013, as set out in the schedule to the notice.
Interested persons and organisations are invited to submit written comments on or before the 23 January 2015.
