The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, under sections 56(1), 57(2) and 57(4)(a) read with sections 63 and 100 of the NEMBA, published lists of species that are threatened or in need of protection and activities that are prohibited.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 30 April 2015).
