The Makhado Local Municipality has adopted the Storm Water Management By-Laws published in the Limpopo Provincial Gazette 2527 of 17 June 2015. The By-Laws, inter alia, regulate storm water management and activities that may have an adverse impact on the development, operation and maintenance of the storm water system.
