Under the provisions of Section 156 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 the Swartland Municipality, enacts the storm water management By-laws as set forth in this notice. The purpose of these By-laws is to regulate storm water management and activities that may have an adverse impact on the development, operation and maintenance of the storm water system. The By-laws regulate various forms of prohibited conduct and can impose sanctions if contravened.
