The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention, under section 97(1)(b)(ii); (iii); (v); (viii); (ix); (f); (g) and (h) read with section 100 of the NEMBA, to make regulations pertaining to listed threatened or protected species.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments to the proposed regulations within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 30 April 2015).
