The City of Cape Town have amended various sections of the Treated Effluent By-law published under the Western Cape Provincial Gazette 6772 on 30 July 2010, including, inter alia, those sections pertaining to compliance notices, accepted pipes and treated effluent fittings and design criteria for treated effluent installations.
