The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 28(1) read with section 31 of the NEM:WA, called on tyre producers to prepare and submit industry waste tyre management plans for the Minister’s approval, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
A tyre producer must either prepare and submit their plans to the Minister within two months from the date of publication of this notice or subscribe to an industry waste tyre management plan submitted to the Minister for approval.
