INSIGHTS

The MEC of the North West Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of sections 23(1)(a)(i) read with section 23(1)(b) of the NEM:PAA, declared the Vaalkopdam Nature Reserve on the properties as listed in the schedule to this notice. The North West Parks Board has, in terms of section 38(2)(a) of the NEM:PAA, been assigned as the Management Authority for the reserve.
