The Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipal Council has enacted By-Laws relating to waste management, which regulate inter alia, the avoidance, minimisation, generation, collection, cleaning and disposal of waste, within the municipal area of the aforementioned Municipality, and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
