The Thulamela Local Municipality has, in terms of section 156(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 and section 9(3) (a-d) of the NEM:WA, published the Waste Management By Laws.
The By-Laws will take effect on a date determined by the Thulamela Local Municipality by notice in the provincial gazette.
