The Chief Albert Luthuli Municipal Council has enacted By-Laws in respect of water services which regulate inter alia, the application, payment and termination of water services; service levels to its customers; conditions for water supply services; water services intermediaries; unauthorised water services; and transitional arrangements in respect of authorised installation work within the municipal area of the aforementioned Municipality and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
