The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 13(4) of the NWA, published for public comment the proposed classes of water resources for catchments of the Lower Vaal as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Any person who wishes to submit written comments with regard to the proposed classes must submit their comments within 60 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 18 November 2014).
