The Minister of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 13(4) of the NWA published, for public comment, the proposed classes of water resources and the proposed resource quality objectives for the Letaba catchment and has repealed notice 823 published in Government Gazette 37999 on 19 September 2014.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days after the publication of the notice (i.e. on or before 22 March 2016).
