NATIONAL WATER ACT (36/1998): LIFTING OF WATER RESTRICTIONS FOR VARIOUS STAND-ALONE DAMS AND SYSTEMS IN LIMPOPO, MPUMALANGA, NORTH WEST AND FREE STATE PROVINCES

The Director-General of the Department of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of section 63 read with section 72 of NWA, withdrawn the water restrictions of the dams listed in Government Notices No. 39043, 40284, 40346, 40021, 40220 and Notice 40203.

Listed dams and systems are in the provinces of Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and the Free State.
