The Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality has, in terms of section 13 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, enacted the Water Services By-Law aimed at regulating the provision of water supply services and sanitation services within the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality.
