The MEC of the Western Cape Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has, in terms of section 23(1) of the NEMPAA, declared a nature reserve on farms as set out in this notice, situated in the Mossel Bay Municipality, to be known as the "Towerland Wilderness Nature Reserve".
