The Minister of Environmental Affairs has withdrawn her approval of the Integrated Industry Waste Tyre management Plan of Recycling and Economic Development Initiative of South Africa which was previously published under GNR 988 on 30 November 2012 in terms of regulation 11(4) of the Waste Tyre Regulations.
The withdrawal of approval by the Minister is effective from 1 October 2017.
