Chad Williams

Chad pursued a law degree at the University of the Western Cape, where he consistently excelled academically. During his tenure at university, he was awarded multiple scholarships and was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit List Award throughout his studies. He was also honored with the Ivan Rugema Scholarship in recognition of his outstanding academic performance. After graduating in 2020, Chad completed his articles at a firm in Kempton Park, gaining valuable experience in various legal disciplines. In June 2024, he joined MacRobert Attorneys as a paralegal in the Tax Department. Following his admission as a legal practitioner of the High Court of South Africa on 20 February 2025, he transitioned into his current role as an Associate in the Corporate Department. Throughout his career, Chad has acquired extensive experience in legal recoveries, civil court practice, insurance law, contractual disputes, and family law. He is committed to delivering strategic legal solutions and providing clients with sound, practical advice.
