Theo obtained his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2021. Prior to his LLB, he completed a Bcom (Law) degree, majoring in the key disciplines of Business Management and Finance at the IIE’s Varsity College. During his studies Theo served as a Mentor under the STARS Mentorship Student Development Programme and a subcommittee member of the Faculty of Law House, a student body representative at the University of Pretoria. Theo’s genuine desire to make a difference to causes of humble means led him to serve as a student counsellor at the University of Pretoria’s Law Clinic, where he offered legal assistance to indigent members of the community. Theo commenced his articles of clerkship with MacRobert Attorneys in 2022 and is eager to leverage on this opportunity to develop his skills in Taxation Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law and Professional Indemnity Law. In due course he aspires to take a short sabbatical from legal practice to take up judicial clerkship at the Constitutional Court.
