Tsakane obtained her BA (Law) and her LLB at the North West University in 2016 and 2018 respectively. During her studies, she was an executive member of the Law Student Council and the Black Lawyers Association, she subsequently became a student Member of the South African Chapter International Association of Women Judges, a Platform to empower women through continued judicial education and skills development. Tsakane joined MacRobert Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney in January 2019 where she gained experience in the firm’s Personal Injury, Financial Recoveries, and Corporate Law departments. She was admitted as an Attorney in July 2021 and appointed as an Associate in the Financial Recoveries department. Her primary field of practice pertains to secured and unsecured lending
